A friend of mine and I were hiking up to Schynige Platte (Switzerland) from a little town called Wilderswil. We had planned on staying the night, but only brough our sleeping gear and no tent, because the weather forcast had been pretty good. This is something we later came to regret. We arrived at this cable car station/hotel (too early in the season so it was still closed) and enjoyed a really nice view, while having our supper. A while afterwards a lightning storm with really heavy rain hit us und we had no other choice than to stay at the station, where we had found some rain cover underneath some protruding roof. It didn't go according to our plan, but it left us with cool memories which these kind of adventuers often do.
