During my time in Cambodia, we explored the surroundings of the little town, Ta Veng, up in the north easten part of the country. It was not far from here that we would build the bamboo raft that would take us four days down stream on the big river, Tonle San, a few days later. To get there we had to cross a smaller river on this patched up wooden hanging bridge, which to me represents the start of an unforgettable adventure.
