I had left my friends in the Faulhorn cabin and walked for another three hours or so, when I finally reached my destination for the evening. The Wildgaerst summit, 2890 m (Switzerland). Here I enjoyed a spectacular sunset above the clouds and afterwards I stayed up watching the clear sky getting lit up from billions of stars, before I had to crawl into my sleeping bag and close my eyes for the night.
